Off Site Shredding
Urban Shredding can provide you with scheduled off-site shredding services for your sensitive documents.

Many businesses produce a consistent and predictable amount of material that needs to be shredded. Urban Shredding Systems can provide Off-Site Shredding services for the paper that needs to be destroyed.  Off-Site services are less expensive than On-Site services.

Here is how Off-Site Shredding works:

Urban Shredding will provide you a suitable container to collect your sensitive documents, we use: Locked Shredding Lockers, locked Tote bins on wheels or open top collection containers. The containers will be placed in your office or storage area to allow you to accumulate the materials for shredding.

On a set schedule, Urban Shredding Systems will provide pick-up of your sensitive documents. The materials will be collected and taken to our steel bodied secure trucks and transported to our North Richmond Shredding facility.

Your paper will then be dropped in the secure receiving facility and shredded. All of your sensitive documents are shredded within 4 hours of being received.

Tracking your Shredding

Urban Shredding Systems will provide you with a Track-It Certificate that itemizes:

  1. Date and time your materials were picked up
  2. The time in transit to Urban Shredding Systems secure receiving facility and,
  3. The date and time your materials were shredded

How Frequently does your office require a pick-up?
